The GI Bill covers more than just tuition. Certain tests you need to take to become a licensed or certified professional—or to apply for college or a training course. Only tests approved for the GI Bill are covered under this benefit.

How to Get Reimbursement

Fill out the Application for Reimbursement of Licensing or Certification Test

Note: You will need to turn in proof of payment with your application. Proof of payment can be a receipt showing you paid the testing fee.

Then, either upload your completed form to the GI Bill website or mail it to the nearest VA regional processing office.
