POSE METHOD® OF RUNNING
The Pose Method of Running Training Course is now available as an online course and live seminar.
This course is designed to teach anyone the biomechanically correct running technique. During this immersive educational course you will learn how to increase speed and endurance, how to prevent running related injuries and remain injury free.

DURATION: The course totals 20 hrs and is entirely self-paced. Study online any time at your convenience.
CONTENT: Lectures, presentations, instructional and concept videos, as well as follow-along videos for practice and application.

CONTENT: Short presentation, active practice and application in a group setting with live instruction.
